摘 要:以磷酸盐改性动物胶粘结剂的铸造旧砂为研究对象,在分析其特点的基础上,研究了机械再生工艺、热法再生工艺及湿法再生工艺,结果表明:(1)机械法再生工艺碾压25 min时,再生砂的LOI为0.42%,再生砂去泥率为54.17%;(2)热法再生工艺在400℃时,加热15 min,再生砂的LOI为0.20%,再生砂去泥率为65.83%;(3)湿法再生工艺的砂水比为2:3时,擦洗转数为240 r/min,再生砂的LOI为0.26%,再生砂去泥率为78.33%;(4)磷酸盐改性动物胶粘结剂旧砂可以采用机械法再生、热法再生和湿法再生,湿法再生更适合于规模生产。Taking the returned sand bonded with phosphate modified animal adhesive as the object of study and,basing on the analysis of its characteristics,the mechanical regeneration process,thermal regeneration process and wet regeneration process were studied.The result showed:(1)By using mechanical regeneration process and rolling for 25 min,the LOI of the reclaimed sand was of 0.42%,the clay-removing rate of the reclaimed sand was of 54.17%.(2)By using thermal regeneration process and heating for 15 min,the LOI of the reclaimed sand was of 0.20%,the clay-removing rate of the reclaimed sand was of 65.83%.(3)By using wet regeneration process,when the sand/water ratio was of 2:3,and scrubbing-washing rotation speed was of 240 r/min,the LOI of the reclaimed sand was of 0.26%,the clay-removing rate of the reclaimed sand was of 78.33%.(4)The returned sand bonded with phosphate modified animal adhesive could be regenerated by using mechanical regeneration,thermal regeneration and wet regeneration,however the wet regeneration more suitable for the scale production.
