摘  要:从理论方法、ADAMS刚体仿真方法、ABAQUS弹性体仿真方法 3种途径研究无阻尼杆式栅格翼展开动力学特性,以典型工况为例对比分析了3种方法的优缺点,最后通过无阻尼杆式栅格翼地面展开试验进一步验证分析方法的正确性。对比分析可得,弹性对栅格翼展开动力学特性影响较小,ADAMS仿真分析方法保证了准确度的同时又有较高的计算效率,其计算结果对实际工程设计具有一定的借鉴意义。Dynamic characteristics of the non-damping-rod type grid fins are studied in three ways:theoretical method,rigid body simulation method by ADAMS and elastic body simulation method by ABAQUS,the advantages and disadvantages of the three methods are compared and analyzed with typical cases.Finally,the correctness of the analysis method is verified by ground launching test of the non-damping-rod type grid fins.The results show that the elasticity has little effect on the dynamic characteristics of the grid fins.The ADAMS simulation method can ensure the accuracy and the calculation efficiency,and the calculation results can be used for practical engineering design.
