摘 要:提出一种在脱落失效后通过拉断球头强制拉断的方案,可确保连接器与火箭可靠分离,并对拉断力的相关影响参数开展分析及过程控制,对如何有效保证零秒脱落连接器箭地分离的可靠性也进行了分析探讨。试验结果表明,该方案有效降低和消除了拉断球头的多个环节影响因素,产品的拉断力一致性良好,散差值较小,进一步验证了产品质量受控,保证了产品的可靠性。A scheme of forced breaking after disconnecting failure is put forward,which can ensure the reliable separation between the connectors and the rocket by breaking the ball-lock pin forcibly.The related parameters of the tensile breaking force are analyzed,how to effectively ensure the reliability of the T-0 rise-off connectors are also discussed.The test results show that the scheme effectively reduces and eliminates most of the breaking influencing factors of the ball-lock pin,the breaking force is consistent and the dispersion value is small,the product quality is controlled and the reliability is guaranteed.
