摘 要:当前潜艇导弹发射动力系统各部件在艇内吊装时需艇员目视对准连接法兰孔,精确性差、效率低,为此研究了一种基于电荷耦合器件(Charge-coupled Device,CCD)图像处理技术的对准系统,CCD摄像机安装在吊装部件的法兰孔内,以下方固定部件连接法兰孔作为测量目标,对采集的图像进行滤波降噪和二值化处理,提取单像素宽的边缘,采用图像扫描方式计算出目标法兰孔的圆心坐标,根据屏幕上显示的圆心位置与CCD摄像机镜头中心的偏移量来调整吊装部件的位置,确保两部件相应法兰孔的同轴度。试验结果表明该方法能较好地解决实装的装配对准问题。To solve the problems of low efficiency and low precision caused by the artificial alignment when the Launching Power System of Missile on Submarine is assembled,an Alignment system is studied based on CCD image processing technology.CCD cameras are installed in the round hole of flange on the part to be assembled,the round hole of flange on the fixed part is made as object.Filtering and binary for acquired image are conducted and the single pixel edge of binary image is extracted,then adjust the object according to the center coordinate and CCD lens’s center on the screen and ensure the assembly coaxiality.This method can solve practical assembly alignment problem perfectly.
