摘  要:基于0.5mm小螺距螺纹的成型磨削,以陶瓷结合剂CBN砂轮修整过程中的3个主要修整参数作为试验水平因素,建立三因素三水平正交试验表,进行陶瓷CBN砂轮成型修整参数工艺试验,利用被修砂轮成型磨削螺纹环槽,以螺纹环槽表面质量好坏、螺纹牙型角误差、螺纹形状轮廓完整性作为评价指标,确定一组可用于成型磨削小螺距螺纹的最优陶瓷CBN砂轮修整参数组合,并研究砂轮修整参数对于成型磨削效果的影响,得到了一组可用于成型磨削小螺距螺纹的最优陶瓷CBN砂轮修整参数组合。Based on small pitch thread formation grinding,taking three main dressing parameters in the process of vitrified bond CBN wheels dressing as a test level factor to set up orthogonal test table of three factors and three levels and to make the dressing parameters of vitrified bond CBN wheels molding finishing tests.Using the repaired wheel’s molding thread grinding ring groove and taking thread ring groove’s surface quality,thread angle error,thread shape integrity as evaluation index to study the effect of grinding wheel dressing parameters on the grinding effect of small pitch thread,a set of optimal vitrified bond CBN wheels’s dressing parameters which can be used to form grinding small pitch thread is obtained.
