摘  要:针对圆筒形平台改装设计要求,为优化平台布置,提升总体性能,以及评判救生设备布置可操作性问题与稳性的矛盾,借助NAPA软件进行该型平台稳性分析,对破舱工况下该类平台救生设备布置的可操作性进行分析。结果表明,采用的改装设计方案可将储油平台成功改装成高性能的生活平台;借助NAPA软件编程可有效进行圆筒形平台稳性设计和救生设备可操作性评判。According to the refitting design requirements of cylindrical unit,optimizing the unit arrangement,improving the unit′s overall performance,and evaluating the contradiction between operability and stability of rescue equipment,the NAPA software was used to analyze the stability of this unit,focusing on the operable analysis of rescue equipments under the damage cases.The results showed that by adopting the effective refitted design scheme and optimizing the unit arrangement,the cylindrical FSO hull can be refitted into a high-performance accommodation unit successfully;and NAPA is effective to study the stability of cylinder unit and evaluate the operability of rescue equipments.
