摘  要:研究了利用磁选粉煤灰烧结骨料制备的热电功能砂浆的塞贝克效应(Seebeck effect)以及金属氧化物粉末对热电功能砂浆塞贝克效应的增强效果.结果表明:热电功能砂浆具有较高的塞贝克系数和电导率,所掺入的金属氧化物粉末为热电功能砂浆体系提供了新的载流子并且提高了载流子的有效质量,其塞贝克系数较未掺金属氧化物的热电功能砂浆提高了1个数量级,较碳纤维增强水泥基材料(CFRC)提高了3个数量级;掺入金属氧化物并不会显著降低热电功能砂浆的电导率,且可获得较高的功率因数(PF);选取具有P型和N型两种半导体性质的金属氧化物热电功能砂浆串联组成1组热电转换装置,在35℃温差下可获得1.97V的开路电压.The Seebeck effect of thermoelectric mortar made by calcined magnetically separated fly ash aggregate and the enhanced Seebeck effect of the thermoelectric mortar adding metallic oxide powders were investigated.The results show that the Seebeck coefficient and the electrical conductivity of thermoelectric mortar is quite high.A new carrier is provided and its effective mass increase by doping with metal oxide powders,also the Seebeck coefficient of thermoelectric mortar with metallic oxides increases by one order of magnitude than that without metallic oxides.Compared to carbon fiber cement-based composites(CFRC),it is also higher than that by 3 orders of magnitude,and its electrical conductivity does not change a lot.Therefore,the thermoelectric mortar with high power factor is obtained.Some P-type and N-type thermoelectric mortars are selected and arranged in series electrically and in parallel thermally as thermoelectric generator,the open circuit voltage of this thermoelectric device is 1.97 V at 35℃temperature difference.
