摘  要:结合硬X射线调制望远镜(HXMT)卫星工程与科学、工程与技术融合的研制特点,采取了创新的研制管理模式,运用项目管理理论,从流程、计划、物资、风险、产品保证、成本等各方面进行了系统策划和优化控制,通过研制过程管理实践,确保了HXMT卫星研制任务圆满完成;建立了由国家航天局、中国科学院及中国航天科技集团有限公司联合参与的空间科学项目实施模式,为我国研制更高级的空间科学卫星提供了宝贵的经验。Innovative management mode has been adopted by combining the development characteristics of engineering and science integration,as well as engineering and technology integration.The project management theory is implemented to realize the integrated management and optimal control including factors such as technical process,schedule,materials,risk,product guarantee,cost,etc.Project management practice guarantees the success of HXMT(hard X-ray modulation telescope)satellite,and builds the integration model of space science project combined with,China National Space Administration,China Academy of Sciences and China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation.Moreover,the article provides valuable experience for the management of space science satellite of our country.
