夏季发酵床牛舍与拴系式牛舍环境指标的差异性比较

摘　　要：本试验主要研究了夏季发酵床养殖模式奶牛舍与拴系式养殖模式奶牛舍内环境指标的差异。测定了牛舍的温度、噪声、相对湿度、氨气浓度和细菌密度等环境指标,并分析了其相关性。结果表明,发酵床牛舍的细菌密度为0.10×10~4个/m^3,极显著低于拴系式牛舍的2.33×10~4个/m^3(P<0.01);氨气浓度为3.92mg/m^3,也极显著低于拴系式牛舍的9.68mg/m^3(P<0.01);噪声强度为57.6d B,极显著低于拴系式牛舍的65.3d B(P<0.01);但温湿度、温湿度指数以及其他指标在两种牛舍间没有显著的差异。另外,拴系式牛舍内的温度和噪声存在显著相关关系(Sig.(2-tailed)<0.05)。综上,发酵床牛舍的环境细菌浓度、噪声强度与氨气浓度较低,能够在一定程度上改善奶牛的舒适度。This experiment was carried out to compare the environmental index between fermentation-bed cowshed and tethered cowshed in summer.The temperature,noise,relative humidity,ammonia concentration and bacterial density were measured and the correlation was analyzed.The results showed that the bacterial density of the fermented bed cowshed was 0.10×104/m3,which was significantly lower than 2.33×104/m3,that of tethered cowshed(P<0.01).The ammonia concentration was 3.92 mg/m3,which was significantly lower than the 9.68 mg/m3(P<0.01)of the common cowshed.The noise intensity is 57.6 dB,which is significantly lower than 65.3dB(P<0.01)of the common cowshed.There was no significant difference between temperature,humidity,THI and other environmental indicators.In addition,there was a significant correlation between the temperature and the noise in the normal tethered cowshed.In conclusion,the environmental bacteria,noise intensity and ammonia concentration in the fermentation-bed cowshed were relatively low,which could improve the health condition of lactating dairy cows in practice.
