摘 要:为了研究水灰比、全浸泡时间、自由扩散时间对氯离子在混凝土内传输的影响。设计五组不同水灰比的普通混凝土构件,对其进行氯盐浸泡试验,浸泡1、2、4、8周和在浸泡周期基础上全密封再进行自由扩散分别6个月以及12个月后用混凝土打磨机磨粉,采用硝酸银化学滴定法检测构件中的自由氯离子含量,最后利用菲克第二定律拟合表观氯离子扩散系数。试验结果表明:随着扩散时间的延长,自由氯离子含量和扩散系数逐渐降低,全浸泡阶段扩散时间对其影响显著。然而,随着水灰比的增大,自由氯离子含量和扩散系数增大。In order to study the influence of water-cement ratio,the time ofimmersionand offree diffusion on the migration of chloride ions into the concrete.Fivemixes of concrete with different water-cement ratios were manufactured to do the experiment of chloride diffusion.The immersion time were1 week,2 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks respectively.And some of the specimens were grinded 1 millimeter by 1 millimeter until reachthe diffusion time,but the others were sealed withself-adhesive aluminum foils and were placed in a room with constant temperature and humidity for 6 months and 12 months respectively to make sure that the chloride diffuses in the specimens.The content of free chloride was measured by silver nitrate titrationand the apparent chloride diffusion coefficientswere fitted by Fick′s second law.The results indicate that the chloride content and diffusion coefficient decrease with the increase of the time,and the diffusion time has a significant effect on the diffusion of chloride.However,with the rise of the water-cement ratio,the content of chloride and the diffusion coefficient increase.
