摘  要:针对水泥混凝土路面深层破坏,如交叉裂缝、破碎板、坑槽等严重病害的问题,在探明了硫铝酸盐水泥与硅灰复配、砂率等因素对混凝土工作性能、力学性能和体积稳定性能的影响规律基础上,通过复配缓凝早强组分,制备出了早强微膨胀高性能混凝土。在修补路面的时候,可局部或全部破除混凝土面板,采用该早强微膨胀高性能混凝土进行局部或板块修补。其配合比为:水泥∶硅灰∶砂∶石∶水=500∶50∶744∶987∶165。初始坍落度≥220 mm,扩展度≥480 mm,1h扩展度≥340 mm,4 h抗压强度≥35 MPa,28 d抗压强度≥65 MPa,28 d膨胀率78×10^(-6)。Aimed at solving the serious problem of the deeply damage about the cement concrete pavement such as cross cracks,potholes,broken plate.Based on the sulphate aluminium cement and silica fume complex,sand ratio and other factors on the concrete work performance,the mechanical properties and the volume of stable performance is ascertained,complex retarded early strength component to prepare a micro-expansion early strength high performance concrete.During mending roads,we can use this micro-expansion early strength high performance concrete after breaking the concrete panels partially or totally.The mix proportion is that:cement∶silica fume∶sand∶stone∶water=500∶50∶744∶987∶165∶60.Initial slump degree≥220 mm,extension degree≥480 mm,1h extension degree≥340 mm,4 h compression strength≥35 MPa,28 d compression strength≥65 MPa,28 d degree of free swelling is 78×10-6.
