摘  要:基于耦合条件下混凝土中钢筋锈蚀量的时变规律的分析,研究了杂散电流和氯离子共同作用对地铁盾构管片钢筋锈蚀的影响。结果表明:无论是杂散电流单一因素或杂散电流与氯离子耦合作用,地铁盾构管片钢筋锈蚀量随腐蚀时间的延长而增大,在前期增加比较缓慢,后期逐渐加速至混凝土破坏。且杂散电流和氯离子耦合将明显加快钢筋锈蚀速率和锈蚀进程。基于法拉第定律进行理论分析,对杂散电流、氯离子的影响因素进行了量化处理,并引入杂散电流和氯离子影响因子,建立了一种考虑杂散电流和氯离子耦合作用下钢筋锈蚀量时变预测模型,且模型计算结果和试验结果吻合良好。Studied the influence of the stray current corrosion and chlorine ion concentration on the metro shield segment reinforcement corrosion based on time varying regulation analysis of the reinforcement corrosion quantity in the coupling condition.The results showed that both single stray current or the coupling of stray current and chloride ion,the metro shield segment reinforcement corrosion quantity increases with corrosion time,it increases slowly early and accelerated gradually until the concrete break down.And the coupling of stray current and chloride ion will significantly accelerate the corrosion rate and corrosion process.analyzed theoretically,based on Faraday′s law,and process quantitative the influence factors of the stray current and chloride ion,and the introducing the influence factors of stray current and chloride ions,established a reinforcement corrosion time-varying prediction model considering the coupling action of stray current and chloride ion,The results of model calculation have a good correlation with the measured results.
