摘  要:为探究秋冬季自然养护大体积粉煤灰混凝土的水化热规律及其早期抗裂性能,通过监测大体积混凝土里表温、湿度,计算自然养护条件下粉煤灰置换20%水泥的大体积粉煤灰混凝土在不同约束情况下早期温度收缩应力,同时用Midas/Gen对混凝土水化热进行仿真分析。结果表明:在自然养护条件下大体积粉煤灰混凝土温峰值出现于15 h左右,最高温度为47.3℃,最大温升为22.7℃,最大里表温差38.6℃。早期粉煤灰基本不参加水化反应,抗裂安全度富余。The law of hydration heat and early anti-crack performance of the autumn to winter site-curing mass fly-ash concrete of early strength cement was studied in this paper.By monitoring the surface and the internal temperature and humidity in mass concrete,and the early temperature stress of site-curing mass fly-ash concrete with fly ash replacement rate 20%was calculated under different constraints conditions.At the same time,MIDAS/GEN was used to simulate and analyze the hydration heat of concrete,and the simulated temperature and simulated stress were compared with the monitoring temperature and the calculated stress.The results showed that the peak temperature of site-curing mass fly-ash concrete appeared about 15 hours,the maximum temperature was 47.3℃,the maximum temperature rise was 22.7℃,and the maximum temperature difference was 38.6℃.In the early age,fly ash does not participate in the hydration reaction,and the crack resistance security has enough and to spare.
