地方理论视角下的特色小镇建设

摘　　要：当前国内特色小镇的建设正处于摸索阶段,成功经验与失败案例并存。特色小镇的营造应围绕"特色"打造,而一个地方的"特色"营造框架可以借鉴人文地理学中的地方理论来展开。对特色小镇"地方性"的挖掘和提炼有助于确定其"原生特色";调查利益主体对某一特色小镇的地方感特征是营造小镇"特色"的基础;特色小镇的"特色"营造目的是培育利益主体对该小镇的"地方依恋感",因此可从地方依恋感的培育出发,探讨特色小镇之"特色"的评价标准。综上,特色小镇之"特色"营造应以特色小镇的地方性分析为前提,以利益主体对特色小镇的地方感调查为基础,以培育利益主体对特色小镇的地方依恋感为目标,构建较为完整的特色小镇之"特色"营造框架。At present,the construction of the characteristic towns in China is at the exploratory stage,and the successful experience and failure cases coexist.The construction of characteristic towns should be centered on"characteristic building".The framework analysis on the"characteristics"of a place can be developed by drawing lessons from Place theory in Human geography.The excavation and refinement of its"placeness"will help to determine the"local characteristics"of the Characteristic Town.The sense of the stakeholders to a characteristic town is to shape the town's characteristics.The purpose of shaping the Town's characteristics is to foster the"sense of place attachment"of stakeholders to the town.Therefore,starting from the cultivation of the sense of local attachment,the"characteristic"evaluation standard could be formed.To sum up,the characteristic towns should be based on the local analysis of themselves.Based on the investigation of the sense of the stakeholders,we can build their place attachment to the town.That should be considered as a complete framework of the towns'characteristics building.
