摘　　要：运用文献资料法,介绍脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)及其受体对运动与BDNF和运动与学习记忆之间的关系,并对BDNF在短期中等强度运动、长期中等强度运动、过度运动、运动猝死对学习记忆能力的影响进行分析,阐述运动对BDNF的影响以及BDNF介导运动对学习记忆能力的促进作用,从而使人们深入了解运动、BDNF与学习记忆三者之间的关系,以期为深入了解运动与学习记忆及BDNF三者间的关系提供依据。By using the method of document,this paper discusses the relationship between exercise,BDNF,learning and memory,and the influence of BDNF on learning and memory ability in short and long term moderate intensity exercise,over-exercise and sudden death,and the influence of exercise on BDNF.And then analyzes the promotion of BDNF mediated exercise on learning and memory,so that people can understand the relationship between sports,BDNF and learning and memory,in order to provide a basis for understanding the relationship between sports,learning and memory.
