摘　　要：通过社会学范畴中的排挤理论,对我国普通高校高水平运动队群体行动中的关系排挤与关系分化现象进行分析,旨在探索高校高水平运动队群体中的不同分化和具体的排挤现象,进而为高校高水平运动队的正常训练及比赛奠定基础。By using the theory of exclusion in the sociology category,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the relationship exclusion and relationship differentiation in the group action of high level sports teams in Chinese colleges and universities,aimed to explore the different differentiation and specific exclusion in their teams and eliminate the hidden dangers.
