云南省田径耐力项目优势区域运动员成才因素的研究

摘　　要：通过对云南省田径耐力项目运动员的身体机能及运动成绩研究,分析影响云南省田径耐力项目优势地域运动员成才的内部、外部因素,结果显示:田径耐力区域人才现象是人才内部因素和外部因素共同作用的结果;心理坚韧性为成才内部因素中主要影响因素,身体形态和外部因素影响不大;外部因素影响力大小依次为家庭社会因素、体校业训因素、个人外部因素。建议各地应利用区域人才优势,重视运动员成才的关键因素影响,发展优势项目,提高竞技体育成绩水平。Through the analysis of the physical function and athletic performance of the athletes in Yunnan Province’s track and field endurance events,this paper studies the success factors of the athletes in the superior areas of Yunnan Province’s track and field endurance events,and gets the result that there are 2 main factors of inner and external one,in which the mental toughness is the most important in inner factors,but the body shape of athletes and the external factors have little influence on the results;so it gives some suggestions that all localities should take regional talent advantages and attach importance to the key success factors of athletes to develop advantageous events and improve the level of competitive sports performance.
