摘 要:目前,国内大部分油田都已进入高含水期,造成了污水加热能耗高、系统处理负荷高等问题。首先介绍高含水采出液给油田生产带来的危害,其次针对危害,重点详述了国内外几种常用的预分水处理技术,最后对预分水技术发展趋势进行了分析。分析认为,随着高含水油田的增多,高效预分水装置会逐渐向各种技术的一体化、小型化、低投资和低成本方向发展,将预分水与污水除油合二为一,减少污水流动环节,从而有效降低后端油水处理系统负荷、能耗及运行成本。At present,most of the oilfields in China have entered the high water cut stage,resulting in high-energy consumption and high-system handling load.Firstly,this paper introduces the harm caused by high water cut production to oilfield production.Secondly,aiming at the harm,we focus on several common water pre-separation technologies at home and abroad.Finally,we analyze the development tendency of water pre-separation technology.It is believed that with the increase of high water cut oilfields,the high efficiency water preseparation device will gradually develop into the tendency of the integration,miniaturization,lower investment and cost of various technologies.Combining water preseparation with sewage treatment to reduce the sewage flow will reduce the load of water treatment system,energy consumption and operation cost.
