摘 要:深层电泵采油井井底流压对于电泵工况诊断至关重要,也是油藏动态分析必不可少的资料。由于井下监测工艺复杂、费用高等原因,井底流压实测数据少;而动液面资料录取简单、经济,故现场常釆用动液面资料作为约束条件来计算电泵井的井底流压。但根据动液面资料按照静液梯度法计算井底流压,未考虑环空液柱中存在气体的客观实际,误差较大。深层电泵采油井井底流压计算新方法综合考虑了多因素的影响,以电泵入口为节点,将计算管段分为两段,按照流体流动的方向计算井底流压。与现场监测数据对比发现,井底流压的平均绝对误差为0. 51 MPa,较静液梯度法的平均绝对误差2. 83 MPa更为精确。新方法满足工程精度要求,能够在现场应用。Bottom hole flowing pressure in deep zone oil wells lifted by ESPs is critical to ESP pumping diagnoses,and is indispensable to reservoir performance analysis.As downhole surveillance technique is either inaccessible or expensive,field downhole flowing pressure measurements are scarce.Whereas,dynamic liquid level shooting can be performed routinely and economically,its data are abundant in the field.For this reason,it is frequently estimated by utilizing static pressure gradients in the field.However,this method does not account for the existence of nature gas in the annulus liquid column.A new method proposed in this paper takes into account many related factors to calculate bottom hole flowing pressures in ESPs lifted oil wells.This new technique divides the calculation section into two segments,taking ESP pump intake as a nodal point and predicating the desired flowing pressure in the direction of fluid flow.Validated against field data,its average absolute error is 0.51 MPa,which is more accurate than that of static pressure gradient method of 2.83 MPa.As a result,the new method developed in this paper is accurate for engineering purposes,and can be utilized in the field.
