摘　　要：在中国石化最新的HSSE管理体系要求基础上,调研了信息系统在各大能源化工企业的应用情况,介绍了安全管理信息系统的设计思路、业务功能及其在HSSE管理中发挥的作用等,并以风险管控、隐患排查治理为例说明业务流程的设计方法,通过该系统的建立,提高HSSE管理体系运行的有效性。Based on the latest requirements of HSSE management system,this paper investigated the application of information system in various energy and chemical enterprises,and then introduced the design idea,the business function of safety management information system and its role in HSSE management.Moreover,the paper illustrated the design method of business process through the examples of risk control as well as the potential hazard identification.With the establishment of the information system,the operation effectiveness of HSSE management system can be improved.
