中外危险化学品运输安全管理对比分析

摘　　要：以危险化学品道路运输方式为例,从运输体制、机制和法制方面与欧美进行对比分析,提出了完善我国危险化学品运输协调机制、整合危险化学品运输法规体系和制修订相关缺失标准,提升危险化学品运输管理水平的建议。Based on the road transportation mode of hazardous chemicals,this paper compared the structure,mechanism and legal system of domestic transportation system with that in Europe and America.It put forward suggestions on perfecting China's coordination mechanism of hazardous chemicals transportation,integrating the regulations system of hazardous chemicals transportation,revising relevant missing standards and improving the transport management level of hazardous chemicals.
