摘　　要：目的:探讨外固定支架联合负压封闭引流治疗开放性胫腓骨骨折的创伤程度及骨代谢情况。方法:收治开放性胫腓骨骨折患者64例,随机分为常规组与研究组,每组各32例。常规组采用外固定支架处理,研究组采用外固定支架联合负压封闭引流术。结果:研究组术后7 d的CRP、CER、Hp低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组PINP、BALP、BGP高于常规组,且β-CTX低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:在外固定支架基础上,为开放性胫腓骨骨折患者实施负压封闭引流术治疗的效果更为突出,可减轻创伤程度,加快骨折端愈合进程。Objective:To explore the traumatic degree and bone metabolism of external fixator combined with vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of open tibiofibular fractures.Methods:64 patients with open tibiofibular fractures were selected,they were randomly divided into the conventional group and the study group.The conventional group was treated with external fixator,while the study group was treated with external fixator combined with vacuum sealing drainage.Results:In the study group,CRP,CER and Hp on the 7 days after operation were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).In the study group,PINP,BALP and BGP were higher than those in the conventional group,andβ-CTX was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of external fixator,the effect of vacuum sealing drainage for patients with open tibiofibular fractures was more prominent,it can reduce the degree of trauma and accelerate the healing process of fracture ends.
