摘 要:目的:探讨子宫内膜异位症患者金属蛋白酶和氧化应激分子的表达特征,以及与慢性盆腔疼痛的相关性。方法:选择子宫内膜异位症合并慢性盆腔疼痛患者134例,收集在位和异位子宫内膜组织;选取输卵管绝育术患者90例为对照,收集正常子宫内膜组织;测定组织中基质金属蛋白酶和氧化应激分子的表达水平。结果:与正常和在位子宫内膜组织相比,异位子宫内膜组织中MMP-2、MMP-3、MMP-7水平明显增加,TIMP-1、TIMP-2水平明显降低(P<0.05)。与正常和在位子宫内膜组织相比,异位子宫内膜组织中8-ISO-PGF2、8-OHDG、AOPP水平明显增加,SOD、CAT、PON-1水平明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:异位子宫内膜组织中金属蛋白酶和氧化应激分子异常高表达。Objective:To investigate the expression of metalloproteinases and oxidative stress molecules in patients with endometriosis and their correlation with chronic pelvic pain.Methods:134 patients with endometriosis complicated with chronic pelvic pain were selected,we collected endometrial tissue in situ and in ectopic position.90 cases of tubal sterilization were selected as controls,and we collected normal endometrial tissue.We measured the expression levels of matrix metalloproteinases and oxidative stress molecules in tissues.Results:Compared with normal and eutopic endometrial tissues,in ectopic endometrial tissue,the levels of MMP-2,MMP-3 and MMP-7 were significantly increased,while the levels of TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with normal and eutopic endometrial tissues,in ectopic endometrial tissue,the levels of 8-ISO-PGF2,8-OHDG and AOPP were significantly increased,while the levels of SOD,CAT and PON-1 were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:In ectopic endometrial tissue,metalloproteinases and oxidative stress molecules were highly overexpressed.
