摘　　要：目的:探究高血压社区管理对高血压患者血压控制的效果。方法:收治高血压患者200例,随机分为两组,每组各100例。对照组采用常规的高血压治疗办法,观察组采用常规治疗和高血压社区管理。结果:观察组患者的收缩压(136.38±13.79)mmHg,舒张压(75.96±8.67)mmHg,低于对照组的(141.06±16.11)mmHg、(81.02±8.43)mmHg(P<0.05)。观察组患者在饮食、用药、定期检查、科学运动等遵医嘱方面都要明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高血压社区管理对高血压患者血压控制有显著的效果。Objective:To explore the effect of hypertension community management on blood pressure control in patients with hypertension.Methods:200 patients with hypertension were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with conventional hypertension treatment,the observation group received routine treatment and hypertension community management.Results:The systolic blood pressure(136.38±13.79)mmHg and diastolic blood pressure(75.96±8.67)mmHg of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(141.06±16.11)mmHg,(81.02±8.43)mmHg(P<0.05).Patients in the observation group were significantly better than the control group in terms of diet,medication,regular examination,scientific exercise,etc(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Community management of hypertension has significant effect on blood pressure control in patients with hypertension.
