摘  要:随着我国工业、制造业的快速发展,产品工艺要求越来越高,对各种加热炉、反应炉和锅炉中的温度控制较高。温度在冶金工业炉控制系统中是质量控制的重要指标,控制方法和实现方式形式多样。以冶金工业电炉为例,系统采用单相调压法控制,由热电偶测量工业电炉的温度,经温度变送器转换成电压模拟信号,同时采用高性能的A/D转换器(AD574A)芯片和具有高抗干扰能力和补偿功能的温度变送器,在保证较高温度控制精度同时,又很好地降低产品成本。With the rapid development of China's industry and manufacturing industry,the requirements for product technology are getting higher and higher,and the temperature control in various reheating furnaces,reacting furnaces and boilers is higher.Temperature is an important index of quality control in the control system of metallurgical industry furnace,and the control method and the form of realization are varied.This paper is based on the metallurgical industrial furnace as an example,and the system is controlled by single phase voltage regulation.The temperature of industrial electric furnace is measured by thermocouple.The temperature transmitter is converted into a voltage analog signal.This paper uses the single phase voltage method of temperature control,and adopts high performance A/D converter(AD574A)temperature transmitter chip which has high anti-interference ability and compensation function,to ensure the accuracy of the temperature control and to reduce the product cost.
