摘　　要：面向新经济、新业态、新产业和新模式,传统专业正在进行新工科的改造升级。电子信息工程专业作为支撑"中国制造2025""互联网+"移动互联网和信息消费等时代需求的专业之一,亟待优化升级。文中通过新工科实践研究,以专业主动适应区域经济发展为出发点,通过促进电子信息与各领域的交叉融合,并通过需求反演能力点构成,以能力点反向设计培养体系,建立主动适应地方经济的动态培养模块,创新教学方式,建立专业发展的革新机制。Facing the new economy,new format,new industry and new mode,traditional majors are upgrading and upgrading of new engineering.Electronic information engineering is one of the specialties that support the needs of“China made 2025”,“Internet+”,mobile Internet and information consumption.It is urgent to optimize and upgrade.In this paper,through the study of new engineering practice,in order to adapt to the development of regional economy actively,through the promotion of the cross integration of electronic information and various fields,and through the ability points of the demand inversion,the training system is designed by the reverse design of the ability point.And the dynamic training module which adapts to the local economy is established,the teaching method is innovated.And the innovation mechanism of professional development is established.
