论我国竞技体育举国体制的改革与创新

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、访谈法等研究方法,基于我国竞技体育举国体制发展历程和特点的描述,分析了其存在的主要问题,并提出改革思路。目的为我国体育事业走上适应特色社会主义经济文化建设的健康发展之路、建立完善的竞技体育管理体制提供理论参考。研究认为,多元利益格局的整合机制不完善、社会兴办体育的积极性不高、训练体系和保障制度不完善是我国竞技体育举国体制存在的主要问题。最后,结合我国经济改革的路子,从竞技体育的管理模式、管理思想、功能转变三方面提出新时代我国竞技体育举国体制改革创新思路。This paper use the methods of documentary,interview method,based on the development of the sports system of athletics sports of our country and characteristics description foundation,analyzes the main problems,and puts forward the reform ideas.The purpose of this study is to provide a theoretical reference for the development of sports career in China,and to establish a perfect competitive sports management system.Studies suggest that the pattern of diversity in the interests of social integration mechanism is not perfect and found sports enthusiasm is not high,the training system and security system is not perfect is the main problems of the system of athletics sports of our country.Finally,combining with the way of China’s economic reform,this paper puts forward the idea of the national system reform and innovation from three aspects:the management mode,management thought and function transformation of competitive sports.
