摘 要:阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)是神经功能退行性疾病。AD的发生、发展可导致患者生活质量下降和病死率升高,其发病机制尚不明确。但研究发现,慢性神经炎症是AD发病的重要病理特征,如果起病阶段的急性炎症得不到控制,急性炎症将发展为慢性炎症,最终导致疾病恶化。慢性炎症由非特异性激活的神经胶质细胞引起,并对其周围的神经元和其他胶质细胞产生危害,进而诱导AD等神经系统疾病的发生。而运动对促进身体和脑的健康具有重要作用,研究发现,运动可通过改善神经胶质细胞介导的神经免疫反应和调节CNS的炎症状态,以及运动通过调节肌细胞因子和犬尿氨酸介导的神经炎症,进而抑制脑疾病的发生。研究综述了运动改善神经炎症的机制,分析神经炎症介导的运动预防和缓解AD的可能机制。Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is a neurodegenerative disease,which increasingly contributes to mortality of human.Although the pathogenic mechanism of AD is quite diverse,chronic neuroinflammation is the feature of AD.Even though the specific root causes of these diseases remain unknown,evidence indicates that neuroinflammation is the pathological feature of AD.If the initial acute inflammation is not resolved,a chronic neuroinflammatory state develops and ultimately contributes to the disease progression.Chronic neuroinflammation is characterized by non-specific activation of glial cells,which can lead to collateral damage of nearby neurons and other glial cells.This misdirected neuroinflammatory response is contribute to neuropathology in AD.Exercise is important for maintenance whole body and brain health,may also beneficially modify neuroimmune responses.Exercise has neuroimmune-modifying properties,and chronic neuroinflammation is the feature of AD.The study found that exercise could remit brain diseases by modifying glia-mediated neuroinflammation,regulating of the inflammatory state of CNS,and also exercise by regulating myokines and kynurenine which mediated neuroinflammation.This review focus on current evidence that supporting the disease-altering potential of exercise through modifications of neuroinflammation responses,and analyzing the possible mechanism of neuroinflammation mediated exercise preventing and mitigating AD.
