摘　　要：目的系统评价逍遥散加减治疗心脏神经官能症的临床疗效。方法利用计算机检索中国知网、万方、PubMed等数据库,收集逍遥散加减治疗心脏神经官能症的文献,按照纳入与排除标准选择文献、提取数据后,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入22项研究,共计1 893例病人,其中治疗组1 051例,对照组842例。Meta分析结果显示:逍遥散加减联合西药治疗心脏神经官能症疗效优于单纯西药治疗[OR=3.87,95%CI(2.22,6.73),P <0.01]。逍遥散加减联治疗心脏神经官能症疗效亦优于西药组[OR=4.21,95%CI(3.19,5.57),P <0.01]。结论逍遥散加减联合西药以及单纯逍遥散加减能够改善心脏神经官能症病人的临床症状。鉴于纳入研究的质量较低,随机对照试验的实施过程未清楚报告,存在偏倚的可能性大,上述结论尚需要更多高质量的随机对照试验结果证实。Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy Xiaoyaosan in the treatment of cardiac neurosis by Meta analysis.Methods The randomized controlled trials(RCTs)about Xiaoyaosan versus routine treatment for cardiac neurosis were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data,and PubMed.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,two reviewers independently screened studies,extracted data,and evaluated the methodological quality.Then the meta analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.3 software.Results Twenty two RCTs were enrolled,involving 1 893 patients(1 051 in the treatment group and 842 in the control group).The results of meta analysis showed that the total effective rate of Xiaoyaosan plus routine treatment or Xiaoyaosan alone was superior to general treatment for cardiac neurosis patients(OR=3.87,95%CI 2.22 to 6.73,P<0.01;OR=4.21,95%CI 3.19 to 5.57,P<0.01).Conclusion Xiaoyaosan can improve the total therapeutic effect of cardiac neurosis.For the quality of the included studies,more well designed and double blind RCTs are required to further prove this conclusion.
