活血化瘀药丹参多酚酸盐治疗瘀血阻络型高血压临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价活血化瘀药丹参多酚酸盐治疗瘀血阻络型高血压的临床疗效。方法将60例瘀血阻络型高血压病人随机分为对照组(30例)和治疗组(30例)。对照组口服基础降压药物;治疗组口服降压药物基础上加用丹参多酚酸盐静脉输注。观察两组治疗后的临床疗效及对血液流变学的影响。结果治疗组治疗后总有效率为86.67%,对照组治疗后总有效率为76.67%,两组治疗总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),治疗后两组血液流变学、椎-基底动脉平均血流速度等指标均有改善,且治疗组改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论活血化瘀药丹参多酚酸盐治疗瘀血阻络型高血压的临床疗效更好。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of salvianolate in the treatment of hypertension with blood stasis obstructing collaterals syndrome.Methods Sixty patients with hypertension and blood stasis obstructing collaterals syndrome were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=30)treated with routine treatment,and treatment group(n=30)treated with routine treatment and salvianolate.The clinical efficacy and hemorheological indicators were observed after treatment.Results The total clinical effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group than that in control group(86.67%vs 76.67%,P<0.05).After treatment,the hemorheological indicators and mean flow velocity of vertebral basal artery were improved in two groups,and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Salvianolate has the better clinical efficacy in patients with hypertension and blood stasis obstructing collaterals syndrome.
