摘  要:重点阐述数控重型卧式车床的新型加工装置,针对目前部分行业对重型零件的特殊加工要求,通过对常规数控重型卧式车床的加工能力的拓展,在此基础上设计开发新装置,并运用数控系统控制完成四轴四联动的加工能力,以此来满足重型特殊零件的车削、铣削、钻削等加工工序。该装置提高了机床的加工能力和加工效率,缩减了加工工序时间,具有结构简单、调整方便、操作轻便灵活、可靠性高等优点,从而保证了工件的加工精度。In this paper,a new processing device for CNC heavy-duty horizontal lathe is expounded.In view of special processing requirements for the heavy parts in some industries,the new device is designed and developed in order to improve the processing capability on the basis of the conventional numerical control heavy horizontal lathe,and the CNC system is used to complete the four axis four linkage processing capacity,in order to meet the requirements of turning,milling,drilling and other processing for heavy special parts.This device greatly improves the machining ability and the processing efficiency of the machine tool,and shortens the processing time.It has the advantages of simple structure,convenient adjustment,flexible operation and high reliability,thus ensuring the machining precision of the workpiece.
