摘　　要：针对露天采矿现场穿孔设备KY-200B型牙轮钻机作业时,提升链条张紧不一造成回转机构与定位平台导向套轴线同轴度下降,钻杆不易对接、钻杆弯曲、钻孔数据不准确、加剧钻架滑道和回转机构滑块的磨损等问题,对牙轮钻机回转提升装置进行改造,在链条和回转减速箱之间添加调节板,方便、快捷的调整链条的张紧度,通过实践检验,设计改造可提高检修效率、孔径数据的准确性,提高牙轮钻机作业效率。During operation process of the KY-200B roller rig with perforating equipment in the open pit mining field,the tension chain on slewing gearbox may be inconsistent,which would cause the coaxiality of slewing mechanism and the guiding platform of positioning platform to decrease,meanwhile,the drill pipe is not easy to be docked,the drill pipe is bent,the drilling data is inaccurate,and wear of the rig and the sliding mechanism slider is aggravated;And it is a very complicated task to check and adjust the chain tension inconsistency.Aiming at the above mentioned problems,the rotary lifting device of the roller rig is reconstructed,and adjustment plate is added between the chain and the rotary reduction box to adjust the tension of the chain conveniently and quickly.Through the practical inspection,the design and transformation can improve the inspection efficiency,the accuracy of the aperture data and the operation efficiency of the roller rig.
