摘　　要：液化石油气又被称为LNG,其要先汽化后经过一系列的调压、计量、加臭等处理,使LNG能够输送至管网系统当中。不过,由于管网系统存在较大温差,并且含有易燃易爆介质,这就需要相关人员在LNG供气系统安装时对工艺管线及设备等的布置有着严格的要求,不然会造成供气系统安装过程中存在安装质量较差、系统布置混乱等问题。针对这些问题,文章提出了模块化设计安装理念,以此确保LNG供气系统得以正确合理的设计与安装,以期能够为相关人员带来借鉴。Liquefied petroleum gas(LPG)is also called LNG,which is vaporized first and then passed through a series of pressure regulation,metering and odorization treatment,so that LNG can be transported to the pipe network system.However,due to the large temperature difference in the pipe network system and the presence of flammable and explosive media,it is necessary for the rele vant personnel to have strict requirements for the layout of process pipelines and equipment when installing the LNG gas supply sys tem.As a result,there are some problems in the process of gas supply system installation,such as poor installation quality,system layout confusion,and so on.In view of these problems,the paper puts forward the idea of modular design and installation,in order to ensure the correct and reasonable design and installation of LNG gas supply system.
