激光腔内治疗联合泡沫硬化剂治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效与体会

摘　　要：目的探究下肢静脉曲张应用激光腔内治疗联合泡沫硬化剂治疗效果。方法 72例下肢静脉曲张患者,应用随机分组法分为对照组和实验组,每组36例。对照组采用激光腔内治疗,实验组采用激光腔内治疗联合泡沫硬化剂治疗。比较两组治疗效果、并发症、临床症状评分、血清炎症因子变化情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率为97.2%(35/36),对照组治疗总有效率为80.6%(29/36),两组患者的治疗总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组并发症发生率为5.6%(2/36),对照组并发症发生率为25.0%(9/36),两组患者的并发症发生率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的临床症状评分、肿瘤坏死因子-α及白介素-6水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组临床症状评分低于对照组,肿瘤坏死因子-α、白介素-6水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在下肢静脉曲张临床治疗中,激光腔内联合泡沫硬化剂治疗效果显著,对改善临床症状、血清炎症因子水平、减少并发症具有积极作用,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the curative effect of laser intracavity therapy combined with sclerosing foam for the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities.Methods A total of 72 patients with varicose veins of lower extremities were divided into control group and experimental group according to random grouping method,36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laser intracavity therapy,the experimental group was treated with laser intracavity therapy combined with sclerosing foam.The curative effect,complications,clinical symptom score and changes of serum inflammatory factors between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.2%(35/36),which was significantly higher than 80.6%(29/36)of the control group,the difference was statistically signficant in the total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 5.6%(2/36),which was significantly lower than 25.0%(9/36)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the clinical symptom score and the levels of tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-6 between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptom score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-6 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities,the curative effect of laser intracavity therapy combined with sclerosing foam is signficant,has positive effects on improving the clinical symptoms and levels of serum inflammatory factors,reducing complications,it is worthy of clinical application.
