摘 要:采用感应熔炼法制备了原子配比为La_(0.6)(LaCe)_(0.4)Fe_(11.5)Si_(1.5)的合金,其中La Ce为混合稀土. X射线衍射图谱表明合金的主相为Na Zn13-型结构,并有少量的α-Fe杂相存在.对4种不同粒径分布的合金粉末在初始氢压为1. 04 MPa、反应温度为543 K的条件下进行了吸氢动力学曲线测试,并采用固—气反应机理函数对实验数据进行了拟合.结果表明,粒径尺寸较小时,合金的吸氢反应以扩散过程为主;粒径较大时,合金的吸氢反应可用形核与长大和扩散两个反应机理函数说明.Alloy with a nominal composition of La 0.6(LaCe)0.4 Fe 11.5 Si 1.5 was prepared by using induction melting furnace,where LaCe is mischmetal.X-ray diffraction pattern indicates that the alloy crystallized in NaZn 13-type main phase with a small amount of secondaryα-Fe phase.The hydrogen absorption kinetics was studied at initial hydrogen pressure of 1.04 MPa and annealing temperature of 543 K for the alloys with four kinds of particle sizes.The kinetic curves were fitted by the mechanism functions of solid-gas reaction.It is found that diffusion process dominated in the hydrogen absorption reaction when particles were small.When particles were large,nucleation and growth and subsequent diffusion processes can be used to describe the hydrogen absorption reaction.
