摘  要:直线滚动导轨副在现代机床和3D制造设备上发挥着不可替代的作用.研究滚珠与滚道之间结合面的接触问题是研究滚动运动副磨损问题、疲劳寿命问题和摩擦问题的基础.将离散化的多重求和公式代替连续积分采用最小余能原理对滚珠-滚道接触区应力及应变进行计算.计算结果同样精确的得到了接触区内的压力、变形分布,同时得到了不同预紧等级下应力、变形分布、压力及接触面积的变化规律.The linear rolling guide pairs play an irreplaceable role in modern machine tools and 3D manufacturing equipment.Studying the contact problem between the ball and the raceway is the basis for studying the wear problem,the fatigue life and the friction problems of the rolling pair.The discrete multiple summation formula was used instead of the continuous integral,and the minimum complementary energy principle was applied to calculate the stress and deformation in contact area between ball and raceway.The stress and deformation distribution in the contact area were obtained from the calculation results accurately.At the same time,the variation of stress,deformation distribution,pressure and contact area under different preload levels was also obtained.
