摘  要:通过固相合成法制备12Ce-TZP掺杂La2O3陶瓷材料,研究了两步烧结工艺对材料力学性能的影响.分别采用XRD,FESEM、显微硬度计、维氏硬度计和电子万能试验机对陶瓷材料的物相组成、显微结构、硬度、断裂韧性和抗弯强度进行测试.结果表明,当T1为1 450℃,T2为1 200~1 300℃时,各试样均为单一四方相;随着T2的升高,各陶瓷试样的致密度逐渐增加;当T1为1 450℃,T2为1 300℃时,陶瓷试样的晶粒尺寸大约为710 nm,相对密度约为97. 76%;硬度为11. 13 GPa,断裂韧性为12. 81 MPa·m1/2,抗弯强度为675 MPa.与常规烧结法相比,材料的综合力学性能得到提高.La 2O 3 doped 12Ce-TZP ceramics were prepared by solid state reaction method,and the influence of two-step sintering process on the mechanical properties of the material was studied.The phase composition,microstructure,Vickers hardness,fracture toughness and bending strength of the ceramics were characterized by X-Ray diffraction,field emission scanning electron microscopy,microhardness tester,Vickers hardness tester and Electronic universal testing machine,respectively.XRD results showed that all samples were composed of single tetragonal phase structure when T1 was 1 450℃and T2 was 1 200~1 300℃.With the increase of T2,the relative density of each ceramic increased.FESEM results showed that the grain size of the ceramic sample was approximately 710 nm when T1 was 1 450℃and T2 was 1 300℃,while the relative density was approximately 97.76%.Moreover,the hardness was 11.13 GPa and the fracture toughness was 12.81 MPa·m 1/2 by the indentation method and the bending strength of the as-sintered ceramics was 675 MPa.Compared with the conventional sintering method,the comprehensive mechanical properties of ceramics by two-step sintering process were improved obviously.
