病理网络管理系统对病理报告流程的影响

摘　　要：目的病理网络管理系统为病理诊断提供了良好的工作平台,但相关报道较少。文中通过对某院病理报告发出的时间统计分析明确病理网络管理系统对病理报告流程优化作用。方法将南京军区南京总医院病理科2012年33 696份与2017年的41535份病理报告发出时间进行统计,考察该系统对病理报告流程包括病理标本签收、信息录入、技术制作、报告书写、取图等方面的影响,并针对2012年单站点工作模式与2017年多站点工作模式病理报告不合格率进行比较。结果2012年门诊病理报告3日内发出17 779份(96.2%),住院病理报告5日内发出14 590份(95.9%); 2017年门诊病理报告3日内发出22 271份(97.5%),住院病理报告5日内发出18 347例(98.1%)。2012年病理报告不合格率为5.69%,2017年为1.93%。结论病理网络管理系统使用后规范了病理工作操作流程,缩短了工作人员的劳动时间,提高了病理报告的质量,为病理质量控制提供客观依据。Objective The pathological network management system provides a good working platform for pathological diagnosis,but there are few related reports.In order to give full play to the influence of pathological network management system on the whole process of pathological report,optimize the process of pathological report,and improve the efficiency of process and the quality of pathological report,we statistical analyzed the 41 535 pathological reports time in our hospital. Methods The 33 696 pathological reports time from the pathology department of our hospital in 2012 and 41 535 in 2017 were statistical analyzed,to investigate the influence of the system on the pathological reporting process,which was included pathological specimen reception,information input,technical production,pathological report writing,capture and so on.The failure rates of pathological reports by single-site working mode in 2012 with multi-site working mode in 2017 were compared. Results Among the 33 696 pathological reports in 2012,18 482 were outpatients,of which 17 779(96.2%)cases were reported in≤3 days,and 15 214 were inpatients,of which 14 590(95.9%)cases were reported in≤5 days.Among the 41 535 pathological reports in 2017,22 832 were outpatients,of which 22 271(97.5%)cases were reported in≤3 days,and 187 037 were inpatients,of which 18 347(98.1%)cases were reported in≤5 days.The failure rate of pathological reports in 2012 was 5.69%,while in 2017 was 1.93%.Pathological network management system was through the whole process of pathologic examination,from the specimen reception,production,diagnosis,application and pathology report card printing.Conclusion The operation process of pathological work is standardized,the labor time of the staff is shortened,the human error is reduced,the quality of the pathological report is improved,and the objective basis for pathological quality control is provided by using the pathological network management system.
