“大学教学卓越计划”下的台湾地区院校图书馆协同发展模式分析

摘　　要：台湾地区在所推出"大学教学卓越计划"中以三个子计划形式推动教学品质的提升,其中在"区域教学资源中心计划"的六个区域教学资源中心建设中,图书资源服务平台为区域内院校图书馆战略协同提供了实现的途径。论文通过查阅台湾地区教育资讯,对区域教学资源中心建设目标、管理机制进行了阐述,并选取具有代表性的北一区域教学资源中心图书资源服务平台,从其管理模式、发展愿景、协同创新机制、建设内容等方面总结其实践经验,为"双一流"建设背景下高校图书馆战略协同与联盟合作的深化提供参考。Taiwan launched the“Program for Promoting Teaching Exellence Universities”,which promoted the improvement of teaching quality in the form of three sub-programs.Based on the“Teaching Resource Center”subprogram,six regional teaching resource centers are built,and the book resource service platform provides a way for the strategic collaboration of the regional college libraries.The construction goals,management mechanism of Teaching Resource Center are elaborated and analyzed by consulting the educational information of Taiwan region.The representative Book Resource Service Platform of First Northern Taiwan Teaching Resource Center is selected to analyse the development mode,vision,collaborative innovation mechanism and constructional strategy.The experiences and enlightenment are derived,which provides a reference for the deepening of strategic synergy and alliance cooperation among libraries of colleges and universities under the background of Double-first Class construction.
