摘 要:试验旨在研究饲料中钙磷水平对断奶后羔羊屠宰性能和肉品质的影响。选用120只70日龄、体重(16.27±3.33)kg的断奶后察哈尔羊(德国肉用美利奴羊×内蒙古细毛羊),公母各半,随机分成4个处理,每处理30个重复,在保持能氮水平相近的情况下(消化能18MJ/kg、蛋白17.5%)饲喂4种钙、磷水平的日粮:0.49%、0.28%(I组),0.55%、0.32%(II组),0.64%、0.47%(III组),0.87%、0.70%(IV组)。预试期5d,正试期60d。(结果)结果显示:1)饲粮钙磷水平对断奶羔羊宰前活重、胴体重和屠宰率的影响差异不显著(P>0.05);2)饲粮钙磷水平对断奶羔羊肌肉滴水损失、pH、剪切力、肉色L*、a*、b*值的影响差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明,饲粮钙磷水平对断奶后羔羊屠宰性能和肉品质没有显著影响。The present study was conducted to investigate the effect of dietary calcium and phosphorus levels on slaughter performance and meat quality of weaned lambs.120 weaned Chahaer lambs[70 days of age,body weight=(16.27±3.33)kg;half male and female]were randomly assigned to one of four groups with 30 lambs each:Dietary calcium and phosphorus levels of group I,II,III and IV were 0.49%and 0.28%,0.55%and 0.32%,0.64%and 0.47%,0.87%and 0.70%,respectively,while the energy and protein levels keeping consistent(Digestible Energy and crude protein level:18 MJ/kg,17.5%).This trial lasted for 65 d with 5 days for adaption and 60 days for testing.The results showed that dietary calcium and phosphorus levels had no effect on live weight,carcass weight and dressing percentage(P>0.05).The drip loss,pH value,share force and meat color(the value of L*,a*,b*)of the longissimus dorsi muscle had no difference among the four groups(P>0.05).It is concluded that the dietary calcium and phosphorus levels had no significant effect on the slaughter performance and meat quality of weaned lambs.
