不同日粮水平对绵羊妊娠后期繁殖性能、养分消化代谢及血液生化指标的影响

摘　　要：为研究不同水平日粮对青海省海省东部地区主要肉用绵羊母羊妊娠后期(91～150d)期生产繁殖性能、瘤胃发酵、养分消化代谢及血液生化指标的影响。选取2～3胎、年龄3～4岁、体重50kg左右小尾寒羊杂种羊120只,分别做同期发情和人工授精处理,随机分成3组,每组40只,分别饲喂精粗比为2∶8(A)、3∶7(B)、4∶6(C)的日粮。结果表明:饲喂不同精粗比日粮影响青海省东部地区主要肉用绵羊品种妊娠后期血液生化指标及消化代谢,且饲喂精粗比为3∶7日粮时效果于其他两组。To study the effect of different levels of diet on reproductive performance,rumen fermentation,nutrient metabolism and blood biochemical indexes of sheep ewes during late pregnancy(91~150 d)in eastern Qinghai province,120 mutton sheep(small-tail Han hybrid sheep)with 2~3 parities,aged 3~4 years old,weighing about 50 kg were selected to do estrus synchronization and artificial insemination treatment,who were randomly divided into 3 groups,with 40 in each replicate.They were fed with diet of forage to concentrate ratio of 2∶8(A),3∶7(B),4∶6(C).The results showed that:under the experimental conditions,diet with different concentration to forage ratio affected the blood biochemical indexes and digestion and metabolism of mutton sheep in late pregnancy in eastern Qinghai province,the best effect was displayed when the ratio was 3∶7.
