摘　　要：随着我国畜牧业经济的快速发展,社会迫切需要大批集动手能力、创新能力、实践能力于一身,以扎实理论基础为支撑,具有吃苦耐劳奉献精神的农学类高层次复合型人才,这无疑对现有的农学类研究生及本科生培养模式提出了新的要求和研究方向。文章就基于搭建青藏高原生态保护与畜牧业高科技研究示范基地平台,开展以"示范基地+科研项目"、"示范基地+导师团队"、"示范基地+协同创新中心"、"请进来+走出去"为途径的人才培养模式改革探索。其旨在对农学类学生培养模式进行深层次的创新探索,力求为推进学生培养模式的改革提出有价值的合理化建议。Along with the rapid development of animal husbandry economy in China,the society demands a huge population of high-caliber talents of agricultural science,who boast a solid theoretical foundation,excellent capabilities of operation and innovation,and the spirit of dedication and commitment.Such talent demand undoubtedly imposes new requirements on the current training mode of undergraduates and postgraduates of agricultural science,also points out the new direction of the discipline.Hence,this paper,against the backdrop of constructing a Tibetan ecological animal husbandry demonstration base,explores the paths of reforming talent training mode such as“base+research project”,“base+supervisor team”,“base+collaborative innovation center”and“bringing in+going out”.It aims at seeking in-depth innovation of the training mode of agricultural science students,and strives to provide valuable advice for relevant reforms.
