摘  要:文中依据国家标准,提出以PLC为控制核心的程控恒流源进行母线槽的温升测试,通过两台程控恒流源主辅机并机运行,主机可控制主辅机启停。整个测试过程具有电流调节速度快,稳流精度高,PID自动化控制等特点,实现温升试验过程监控的全自动化管理,对该项试验的检测工作具有重要的意义。According to the national standard,this paper puts forward a programme-controlled constant-current Source with PLC as the control core to the temperature rise test of busway.Through parallel operation of main programme-controlled constant current Source and auxiliary programme-controlled constant current Source,the main one can control of the auxiliary one start and stop.The whole test process has the characteristics of rapid current regulation speed,steady precision of steady flow,PID automatic control and so on,and realizes full automation management of process monitoring of temperature rise test.That is great importance to the testing work of the project.
