摘　　要：文中通过对TSG N0001-2017《场(厂)内专用机动车辆安全技术监察规程》施行后,各地检验机构、监察机构,以及制造单位、使用单位反馈的涉及定期(含首次)检验环节的疑难问题进行搜集、整理和解析,并提出相应的处理建议,供从事场车检验及检验管理工作的同行参考。Through the implementation of the safety technical supervision regulations for special motor vehicles in the TSG N0001-2017"field(factory)",the paper collects,collects and analyses the difficult problems related to the periodic(including the first)inspection links,and puts forward the corresponding treatment and construction for the inspection institutions,supervisory institutions,manufacturing units and use units.It is for reference of colleagues in field car inspection and inspection management.
