摘　　要：现代性本身对肉体原则的顺应以及随之而来的肉体原则与精神原则的分裂,对道德的解构是灾难性的。康德在现代性语境中对道德的建构可谓殚精竭虑,他关于道德的本质规定是最切中现代性旨趣的。现代性语境中道德治理的内涵应从个体、社会和国家的层面加以理解和规定。The modernity split human existence into physical principle and spiritual principle.It was disastrous for moral nature.If we clarify the concept of Moral Governance in the context of Modernity today,we must resort to Kant,because the moral essence by Kant is the most typical for modernity purport.The connotation of Moral Governance in the context of Modernity should be understood in the view of individual,social and nation.
