摘　　要：体育场地是全民健身国家战略的重点工作内容,体育场地侵权责任需要社会和法律界加以重视和认真研究。从体育场地侵权责任的概念阐释入手,对体育场地侵权责任问题进行研究。认为安全保障义务、警示说明义务和监督管理指导义务,是体育场地侵权责任的法律依据,在分析体育场地侵权责任的主体和原因之后指出,应该通过加强场地监管、强化健身指导、切实履行间接管理者义务、重视安全警示工作和完善安全救助机制等措施,加强对体育场地的管理,防范侵权责任风险,保障公众合法权益,更好地服务于全民健身和体育事业发展。Sports venues are the focus of China’s National Fitness Strategy,and the tort liability of sports venues needs the attention and careful study of the social and legal communities.Starting from the concept of tort liability in sports venues,the issue of tort liability of sports venues is studied in this paper.It is considered that the obligation of safety guarantee,the obligation of warning explanation and the obligation of supervision,management guidance are the legal basis of tort liability of sports venues.After analyzing the subject and reasons of tort liability of sports venues,it is pointed out that the supervision of sports venues should be strengthened,the guidance of fitness should be highlighted,the obligations of indirect administrators should be fulfilled,and the safety warning should be emphasized,measures to improve the safety rescue mechanism should be taken,the legitimate rights and interests of the public should be protected,with an aim to better serve the development of national fitness and sports.
