摘  要:以进一步深化完善TOD理论研究体系为主线对中国TOD的发展进行再探讨,通过对既有研究成果的归纳总结,揭示TOD理念在引入国内后不同时段的研究重点和方向,明确了TOD理念对促进中国城市空间优化、职住平衡、发挥公共交通效能的价值所在,这不等同于TOD在美国抑制城市低密度蔓延的价值定位.鉴于TOD中国化的演变和差异,梳理现阶段中国TOD发展中存在的不足和瓶颈,并从内涵外延、行业标准、配套政策和实施主体4个方面对TOD的深化研究进行再探讨.In order to improve the TOD theoretical research system,this study intended to discuss on the development mode of TOD in China.Through the summary of the existing research results,the focus and direction of the TOD research will be revealed in different time periods,and the value of TOD concept in promoting the optimization of urban land development,jobs-housing balance,and exerting the efficiency of public transport in China.Its value in China is not the same as the value of TOD in restraining the sprawl of low-density development in the United States.In view of the evolution and difference of TOD in China,this paper sorts out the shortcomings and obstacles in the development of China's TOD at this stage,and further explores the deepening discussion of TOD from four aspects:connotation and extension,industry standards,supporting policies and the main body of implementation.
