摘 要:针对某金矿矿石磁选所得磁精矿中金、银、铜等矿物工艺特性,进行了酸性还原预处理试验,考察了还原剂、硫酸用量等工艺参数对铜、锰浸出的影响,分析了金、银浸出率与锰浸出率的相应关系。结果表明:银与锰矿物关系密切,锰矿物包裹银是导致银直接氰化浸出率低的主要原因;在常温常压酸性溶液中,铁粉是较好的还原剂;银浸出率与锰浸出率呈正相关,锰浸出率为56. 86%时,银浸出率可达86. 02%,且酸性还原预处理对金浸出有促进作用。According to the technological characteristics of Au,Ag and Cu minerals in the magnetic separation concentrates obtained from magnetic separation of the gold ores from a gold mine,acid reduction pretreatment was carr-ied out.The influence of the technological parameters like reductant and sulfuric acid dosage on copper and manganese leaching was investigated and the relation between Au and Ag leaching rate and Mn leaching rate was analyzed.The results show that Ag and Mn minerals are closely related and Mn-coated Ag is major cause for low direct cyanidation leaching rate of Ag;Fe powder is a good reductant in acidic solution at room temperature and atmospheric pressure;the leaching rate of Ag can reach 86.02%while the leaching rate of Mn is 56.86%,exhibiting positive relation between the two,and acid reduction pretreatment can promote gold cyanide leaching.
