摘 要:采用聚氨酯泡沫塑料吸附,硫脲解脱,电感耦合等离子体质谱法和石墨炉原子吸收光谱法分别测定化探样品中的金,分析了硫脲溶液质量分数、内标元素、干扰元素、分析时间等影响因素,并对2种方法检出限、精密度和准确度进行对比。结果表明:2种方法的精密度、准确度和检出限都能够满足DZ/T 0011—2015 《地球化学普查规范(1∶50 000)》要求,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法在测试金品位低于100 ng/g时效果较好,而电感耦合等离子体质谱法在测定大批量、金含量范围较宽时的效果更好,且节省了时间。采用2种方法对未知化探样品进行测试,t检验结果无显著性差异。Gold in geochemical samples is determined by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry respectively after the sample is adsorbed by polyurethane foaming plastic and eluted by thiourea.Influence factors of mass fraction of thiourea solution,internal standard element,interference element,analysis time were analyzed,and the detection limit,precision and accuracy of the 2 methods were compared.The results show that the 2 methods can meet the requirement of DZ/T 0011-2015"geochemical general survey code(1∶50 000)"in terms of precision,accuracy and detection limit.Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry has good effect when gold grade is below 100 ng/g,while inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry is better and saves time when the determination is in large scale and the gold content range is wide.The 2 methods display no obvious T test result deviation when testing unknown gecchemical samples.
