摘　　要：目的探讨儿童头皮血肿伴膜性成骨的外科手术诊治特点及预后。方法收集并分析西安市儿童医院神经外科2014年1月至2017年3月收治的62例临床资料,对其特点进行总结分析。结果 62例确诊为头皮血肿伴膜性成骨患儿中54例(87%)有产伤,8例(13%)为颅脑外伤所致;54例的膜性成骨位于顶部。全部患儿接受膜性成骨切除+颅骨整复术治疗,均无术后并发症。结论对于儿童头皮血肿伴膜性成骨的治疗应早期干预、积极手术,外科手术治疗效果肯定,预后良好。Objective To investigate the surgical operation,characteristics and prognosis of puerile cephalhematoma with periosteum bone formation.Methods By collecting and analyzing the clinical data of 62 cases of puerile cephalhematoma with periosteum bone formation in children admitted by the Neurosurgery Department of our hospital from January 2014 to March 2017 in Xi an Children s Hospital,we summarized the characteristics and prognosis.Results Of the 62 confirmed cases of puerile cephalhematoma with periosteum bone formation,54(87%)had birth trauma,and 8(13%)had traumatic brain injuries.In 54 cases puerilecephalhematoma was located at the parietal region.All the chidren received surgical treatment of periosteum bone formation resection and skull reconstruction.There were no complications after surgery.Conclusion Early intervention and positive operation should be made in the treatment of puerile cephalhematoma with periosteum bone formation.The surgical treatment is effective with good prognosis.
